If a business colleague or worker sends you a PPS file as an email attachment, or if you insert a CD into your computer that contains a PowerPoint presentation you want to view, you can open the file in two ways. You can run it using Microsoft PowerPoint, if the program is installed on your computer, or you can download and install PowerPoint Viewer, a free application you can use to open and watch PowerPoint slide shows.
Use PowerPoint
3.Find and select the PPS file. Click the 'Open' button.
